Together, we create a thoughtful and accessible plan that reflects who you are as a couple; one that supports your relationship in a way that feels natural, meaningful, and sustainable in everyday life.

How the experience begins…

Every relationship is unique, which is why our work always begins with a conversation.

Our first step is a complimentary 30-minute video consultation. This gives us an opportunity to talk about where you are in your relationship, what you’ve been navigating recently, and the kind of connection you’re hoping to cultivate moving forward.

These conversations are simply a chance for us to get to know each other and explore whether this work feels like the right fit for your relationship.

If we decide to move forward together, we then schedule a Discovery Session—the beginning of our work together—where we start exploring your relationship more deeply and designing an experience that reflects the season of life you’re currently in.

From there, we create space to slow down, reconnect, and cultivate the relationship you’re continuing to build.
